Privacy policy

Your data, clearly explained.

This draft covers the website, public trial and your account in the Inburgify app.

Updated:

1. Who is responsible?

Inburgify is the practice platform name. The business details on this page are samples and do not yet identify the final data controller. Replace them before real sales begin.

2. What data is used?

The website processes technical visit data and limited usage statistics. App accounts use your email, user ID and optional name. Paid exam attempts, answers and results are linked to your account. Purchases involve package, credit and payment references. Answers to the five public sample questions stay temporarily on the open page only.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Account and exam data support delivery of the agreed practice service. Payment and administration data support purchases and statutory records. Technical data support security and operation. The applicable basis for other analysis must be established before real sales; marketing requiring consent starts only after a consent process is in place.

4. Hosting, analytics and providers

Vercel provides hosting and Web Analytics; Supabase supports accounts and exam data; Stripe supports payments. The website measures page views and interaction types; our deliberate events exclude answers and email addresses. Query parameters are removed from analytics URLs. No Google Ads pixel is currently implemented. Card details are entered in the payment environment, not the public trial.

5. Storage, cookies and retention

The app uses necessary session data and a local theme preference. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies. Exact retention periods for accounts, attempts, logs and administration, processing agreements and any international transfers still need to be established. This draft does not promise a specific storage region or final deletion deadline.

6. Your rights

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You can object and withdraw consent. Statutory retention duties may limit deletion. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. A final privacy contact will be added before live use.

7. Updates and contact

This statement will be updated when features, providers or measurement change. The date above identifies the version. The contact page currently contains clearly marked sample details only; this page does not send messages.
